Meditative Visual Journey
This book is the first in its series. The main aim of the book is to help anyone with grounding and taking back their own control in their head space. This is an informative narrative book where it goes through the story of someone feeling like they are spiraling into stress and anxiety, to showing them meditating and the journey they are going on visually.
You can either join in with the story yourself, or on the back of the book there is an 'how-to' with they type of meditation that is taking place in the story, with some breathing exercises. Also on the back of the book there is an insight on what meditation is and also the benefits it has on the body physically, emotionally, and mentally. As well as information about mental health and wellbeing with mental health helplines for those that need it.
